Bizhub c250 not able get into Low Power mode

I've got a bizhub c250i. When the device should enter the Low Power Mode(eg after 3 min), first screen (after about 2 min) turn into a grey color, and a few seconds later , the control panel restarts . and in next a few seconds machine ready to copy. When I change Lower Power Mode to 10 min, restarts occurs after 9 .min .
    Settings:
[Power Consumption in Sleep Mode] - High
    [Power Save Settings] - Sleep
[Enter Power Save Mode] - Normal
[Power Key Setting] - Power Save
Nothing has change after update the latest firmware.

These machine are designed to wake up when you walk up to it . You can lower the sensitivity in admin mode . I think its at the bottom of the screen where you set it to go to low power.

There was a bulletin (which I can't find) for the device coming to life, when no one was around -an earth tag needed to be fitted somewhere on the back of the control panel - maybe someone can supply the bulletin
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

            Try this to be Disabled.
Check service history for detailed code errors.

The problem starts at" Low Power Mode", not Sleep Mode.
I will try to change a touch panel
