    WIA Scan with C3351i and Win 11

    Dear Colleagues,

    a customer has been scanning for month now with a C3351i with the Windows scan app (from windows store) and the WIA scan function with Win 10 (the scan-function which you have to switch on under
    network DPWS WIA Scan ON).
    Now he's got win 11 and I can't find the scanner anymore.
    I tried to reproduce it here in the company. One notebook works (I can find the scanner and scan with the app althoug it seems to work not properly, app says no scanner found from time to time)
    Another win 11 machine doesn't find the scanner too, same as with the customers win 11.

    I can't see the difference.
    Does anyone know this.

      This one is to blame M$. Recently we have same problems with lots of Brother MFPs.

          which version of w11?
          i know home edition is a joke for business.
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...
