[Misc] TPM chip has been changed. Initialize TPM setting

    Hi All

Konica C454e Got error this morning "TPM chip has been changed. Initialize TPM setting"

Went through all the threads. Couldn't find the solution.

Can someone advise any solutions to restore the machine.

    Many Thanks

Check in the service manual in section "8.102: Security Settings - TPM Setting" and also in section "13: I-Option" specifically the information regarding LK-115.
Not in the workshop just now to check this fully but it sounds like TPN has been enabled with no LK or something has happened to the mainboard and settings have been lost.

That is going to be the battery on the MFPB. If you can source them and solder, it's doable.
