Hello. I have the following problem. I turn on the engine and on the screen I have the message "Please wait.starting system". The engine does not enter service mode. Has anyone encountered this problem??

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Most likely the hard drive. Try to disconnect the drive and reboot the machine.

Try opening the system box and reseat all the connectors to and from, as well as between the SSD, OACB and Image Control boards. If this persists, you may need an Overall Control Board or SSD.

I've tried with the connectors and nothing happens. It's probably the SSD. Can I copy it from another machine?

Can you get into service mode and try to reformat it? Service manual says contact KM for replacement.

We tried moving one from one machine to another in the past and it didn't work.

I had this problem on Accurio C3070. We replace SSD with help from KM service manager. It was under waranty so they changed it and instal firmware. I remeber that was a specific instalation order of firmware.
