Now as I'm reading this(Fleet RMM) will be an alternative service of PageScope Net Care Device Manager which support ends June 30, 2022.

Not to bring back an old thread but..... Was wondering the same thing in 2024. Has anyone deployed this at a customer's site? If so how did it go?Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

I have personally deployed it to a customer's location. Most IT Depts I encounter are very stubborn with using software related to copiers. Only reason we deployed to this particular customer was because of LDD to be sent to their different locations. I personally don't like how finicky the software works its basically a cleaned up RDT. The push now is for Vcare pro suite which costs $$ and honestly should be free with pro tech status but i guess Konica has to make money somehowComment
