Hi folks. As title suggests I'm interested in your experience with this tool.
    TIA

    You mean Vcare?
I don't know where you live so across the pond it may be called something different.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Not Vcare. I believe it's relatively new tool. See here:

There are a couple of trainings on KM site regarding this product.

Not to bring back an old thread but..... Was wondering the same thing in 2024. Has anyone deployed this at a customer's site? If so how did it go?
Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

If I helped you out, please give me a thumbs up! It helps my reputation.

I have personally deployed it to a customer's location. Most IT Depts I encounter are very stubborn with using software related to copiers. Only reason we deployed to this particular customer was because of LDD to be sent to their different locations. I personally don't like how finicky the software works its basically a cleaned up RDT. The push now is for Vcare pro suite which costs $$ and honestly should be free with pro tech status but i guess Konica has to make money somehow
