Bizhub C227 error C-3925

Hi Guys ,

Bizhub C227 start with error code C3925 , we found a misfeed paper inside in the fusing unit . All is cleaned and all small paper was taken out , but error still popping up after trouble reset .

Does the fuser heats at all? Can you put for the testing purposes another well known fuser?

Other fuser work fine on this machine . And also i checked problematic fuser and was not hot .

thermal fuse smoked in fuser. they call it a thermostat but getting it to reset and be reliable won't happen.

I guess you may try another working thermostat from old beaten fuser...

check the heater lamp for open also.
