CS Remote Care setup

i guys
i dont want to give money to konica minolta for cs remote care.
i have a server with version 2.10 and i need to upgrade for new machines. can you give me a hand?
I know there is version 2.18 now but on infohub I can't find the files and they told me I have to pay for it

WTF are you talking about???

KM does not charge to connect devices to CS remote care (vcare) and if you're not a contracted customer, they don't' want your device info. What are you trying to do?

I am a dealer and KM now forces me to register the machines on their cloud server.
I would like to update my home server to new release but they don't give me the files and I know they have them but they want me to put them in the cloud so as to pay annually.
maybe there are files on your infohub? i'm italian, i'm in italy
and other dealers also tell me that the files are not there

This site is for techs needing assistance with MFP issues, not a spat between you and the dealer. Do you feel they don't deserve to be paid for their software?? Then don't buy it..E
