Hi,

Got this problem with the developer black unit, see picture
customer complained, there were black spots an images on the prints

So, saw this problem when took out the developer unit, ordered a new one, however the problem came back, also with the new one

Anybody"s a tip for what's causing this, it runs sometimes goor for let's say about 100 prints, and then it returns
The drum unit look ok

Compatible / non genuine toner causes this issue.

What is drum life?
Worn drum can cause this no matter it looks ok visually.

The position of the cylinder spacing on the front of the DR313K has probably been changed.
Check it out okay.
