Changed the cables. Network Port light status is normal. Plugged the cable from fiery to the machine both cables ok showing data and communication.

Without fiery it's working .

Are you using crossover cable from Fiery to copier?

Might need to reload system software. I should have software if you need it. PM me with your email.

the copier firmware or the interface board is the usual culprit
does the LED say 00?
can you access the fiery web page?
can you access the copier 1 octet up?
is the copier NIC set to DHCP?
is the ip shown on the screen 172.24.249.2? or similar?
does the fiery show in CWS?

To be honest on an old C364 if the client doesn't actually need it I would simply remove the fiery & use the onboard controller.
