I have a Konica C450i that I am trying to enable Account Track on. I can enable it and choose for the copier to use "Password Only". I then put that information into the printer driver on the PC. Whenever I try to print, the copier receives the job and then deletes it due to "Login Error". I have verified multiple times that I am setting up Account Track correctly (and I have done it on other Konica machines with no issue).
I am not sure how to resolve this issue or if anyone else has had this issue before. Any advice would be appreciated.
