    C3070 error C 4505

    Hello people

    Any ideas about this error in accurio C3070?

    I have already swap laser between colors.

    I swap color registration sensor front rear

    thanks for any help

      Maybe this will help:

      bizhub C1060, 1060L, C1070: "C4505" error message. "Error 2" message when attempting to perform Color Registration Auto Adj. Skew values exceed Y: +190.5, M: +187.8, C: +104.1 (Machine Adj > Printer Adjustment > Writing Initial Pos. Memory > Skew Initial Position Memory DO NOT PRESS START, Only View Values: Y: +35, M: +58, C: +7, K: +22). Replace primary transfer belt. Initialize laser initial position in I/O mode: 35-17, 35-18, 35-19. Run Color Registration Auto Adj., now correctly reads Y: +0.1, M: +0.1, C: +0.1

          Classification
          Main body: Writing correction and drive correction range exceedance
          Cause
          The correction range exceedance is detected during the color registration correction (Y).
          Measures to take when an alert occurs
          The main body and the option stop immediately to deactivate the main relay.
          Estimated abnormal parts
          • Printer control board (PRCB)
          • Writing unit
          • Intermediate transfer unit
          • Intermediate transfer belt

          Correction
          Note
          • The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

          Solution
          • Note down the value of Writing Unit Skew Pos. (Y) from Service Mode [01 Machine Adjustment] - [01 Printer Adjustment] - [09 Writing Initial Pos. Memory] - [01 Skew Initial Position Memory].
          • Note
            • Do not press the start button.
            • Press [01 Skew Initial Position Memory] button after the initialization is completed (Approximately 10 seconds).

          • Select I/O Check Mode to execute IO Check (35-17), IO Check (35-18), IO Check (35-19) in the order (move to the Initial Position).
          • Note
            • Do not execute 35-20.

          • Execute [01 Machine Adjustment] - [01 Printer Adjustment] - [10 Color Registration Auto.] from Service Mode.
          • When an error occurs, go to the solution procedure 7. When it ends normally, go to the next procedure.
          • Execute the solution procedure 1 and note down the value again.
          • When the difference of the two values is more than 50, end the operation. When the difference is 49 or less, go to the next procedure.
          • Check the installation condition of the writing unit and the intermediate transfer unit, and repair it when there is any abnormality.
          • Check the writing unit, and replace it when there is any abnormality.
          • Check the connector connection and the wiring between PRCB and the writing unit, and repair it when there is any abnormality.
          • Replace the writing unit.
          • Replace PRCB. (Connector layout drawing in board: Printer control board)
          • Replace the writing unit and PRCB at the same time. (Connector layout drawing in board: Printer control board)
          • Replace the intermediate transfer belt

              C1070 to C-4505 have been lit.
              On either side of the shaft located above the primary transfer roller on the transfer belt unit Y, it has been resolved after replacing the -> shaft.
              PART NUMBER - A50U505401
              PART NAME - Transfer Pressure Roller /Y
