Silly question. Did you check trouble isolation?
      Whatever

Seems to be the easiest, and possibly the obvious choice

Obvious things are usually in the manual, obviously nobody cares about manuals... that's why I care I'm not nobody I'm me

Ouch! I've never seen every paper tray isolated. But there is a first for everything.

Like others posted did you UNset the trays in service mode "isolation tab". Did you initialize the machine in service mode?

Think you are on the right track with the PCRB. No software needed with new board. Maybe update firmware after board is installed.

All tray's is "set" on service mode isolation tab, I initialize the machine and update the FW to GDU-M1.

Like I mentioned in previous post they all have to be UNset. This makes sense because it would be rare all trays would be isolated at same time.

If they are all "set" then you don't need PCRB. Just UN set them all.
