C500 Do not know the SRA3 paper size

And because rip does not understand this format. Who knows how to teach a machine to this format?

    Hello Nic,

you can only print on a custom paper size.
For SRA3 you must use 320x450mm.
You can set this in the C500 as user defined paper size, and you can set it in the PS Driver.

    Regards
    Christian

Hi, did you ever manage to figure this out? I am having the same problem. The c500 doesn't know SRA3. I have set SRA3 when sending the file to the print via the ps driver (fiery s450)

        What Rip do you have?
The machine does not recognise SRA3 as a standard paper size so has to be set up as "custom" (320x450) in the machine and send down as custom(same size) in the print driver.
If you have an IP921 (embedded EFI controller) you are screwed as it will print but will not align SRA3 for front to back alignment.
        Hope this helps.

Hi, I have manage to get the SRA3 Setting working now. It's exactly how you mentioned about using a custom postscript size.

I am using the embedded fiery rip. Unable to do double sided as you mention it's doesn't align front & back very well.
