Bizhub c6500 BLUE "GERMAN" DRUM WARNING! C-2812, C-2813, C-2814
I set a NON OEM Blue "German" Drum in this machine and started to give me a C-2813
Drum surface potential error.
I did all the necessary adjustments for the drum on the peculiarity drum service menu but no luck.
I got bold for not knowing what to do, then I put the old (green OEM drum) back and the machine work smoothly as ever, of course with CQ (copy Quality Problems because of the old brum installed) but no errors.
For the record:
Try to avoid put NON OEM Drums in this machine, otherwise you may have to deal with erro codes.
I also have TD sensor errors codes with RICOH when I used the "Blue" Drum
