    Bizhub/ineo c220 a3 poor copy quality a4 fine

    Hello,

    We have an ineo+220 which has been fine but has now started producing very poor quality A3 images.
    The image get worse on multiple copy runs. The image is perfect on A4 and the gradation charts A3 are spot on. We have just become dealers from Kyocera so have very limited experience on Konica / Develop machines. This machine has only done around 80 k from new and the paper is good quality 100 gsm

      Poor quality does not give any details for us to help. What is the actual issue? Lines, uneven density, dropping colors, etc... Samples always a good idea.

          Got it sorted now found a bulletin about the internal door adjustment which causes 2nd transfer problems, followed it hey presto!
