[CQ] Bizhub C550 Reds come out as Orange - no IU problems found

All Reds started printing Orange one day. Halftone Red at 255 comes out orange as is the Red Gradation column on the Demo page. All other colors look good including my normal C-M-Y-K halftones at 50.
Unit is near 1M copies.
Any suggestions appreciated

we aren't mind readers, please always post what steps you have taken in the course of fault finding. Otherwise you will end up with useless posts telling you to do things you have already done.

do you have samples to upload of the cmyk gradation pages ? Also show us the demo page too

The jpeg shows halftones at 255 and 50 for comparison.
The 3 R-G-B halftones are 255

We print the management list to look for anything in the VG stuff that is whacked out. You didn't mention, How old are the IU's?

The Color IU's show 4 bars used life since installing them in February.
Today I replaced the Transfer Belt & Roller and the K IU all which were running extended life counts.
I reran Init&Stabilize and printed the demo page before and after running all gradations 3x - no change in color.

You can view the Vg stuff or print the management list and see if Magenta IU is way out of line with the other colors. Could be a failed IU unit. Could be the Yellow.

What did you ever figure out?

I'm having similar problems where the reds look orange and the blue looks purple. My gradation sheet looks very similar to yours.

Customer is complaining about blue looks purple.

IU's are all at 2 bars

After I did gradation adjust, they reprinted doc and it was good.

They actually have a few of these machines and the gradation sheet looks the same on all of them.

Is that just how these sheets are supposed to look? In the RGB bars, the red always looks orange and blue always looks purple

Same problem. And same steps already did. All consumables are original.

Has anyone been able to find any solutions on this issue?

My reds are coming out orange on both Demo page and Halftone. This is on a c652, and this is the second one in a month to do this same issue.

Replaced IU magenta and Yellow, T roller and T Belt

Any ideas?

Clean your IDC sensors above or below the Xfer belt then reinitialize and do gradation adjust. I have a machine where i have to do this every 50k or so clicks or the colors wont match when they print with fiery.
