Konica Minolta bizhub 20

Hi guys!

Tech from Canon section need info about b&w mfp Konica Minolta bizhub 20.What exactly is FB Unit and wich parts need to be replaced at 100K prints? Customer have some parts on 8%.Is necessary to change laser unit?? I don't need extra parts on stock.I already have a million obsolete Canon parts.

Thanks Laitang for quick response but i already found this manual on web.I just wont to hear some tech opinion because this parts have price twice as new mfp.

I just keep on reseting the fuser and the laser. Once changed one fuser before.
Its 98% brother.

What about adf and cassette pickup and separation lifetime.
Is reset menu in service or user mode?

Quick way to the reset menu it to press <3> and <9> at the same time if the machine is in the ready state then just scroll to what you need to reset.
