    welcome F000

    Hi Guys,

    I have a problem with a FS-C8025mfp.

    After switching on the machine hangs on ""welcome""

    after about 15 minutes it says F000 error.

    Firmware update not possible, Emergency update also not possible.

    I already replaced:

    *operation panel pwb
    *main pwb
    *memory dimm.

    I apreciate any suggestion.

      Hy !
      1.- Enter service mode 10871087
      2.- Execute SIM U021 ( Memory Initializing )
      8.- Execute SIM U002 ( Setting the factory default data )
      9.- Execute SIM U201 ( Initializing the touch panel )
      3.- Power Off
      6.- Check the Front Panel USB connector cable to the MAIN, insert USB stick with the last firmware update version ( 06.15.0010 ) and wait until appears on the touchscreen " completed "
      7.- Power On

              you must wait out the error code F00 runs,
              then you can enter service mode 10871087 !

                      Open the front door and try to enter service mode with the door opened.

                          CF000 is a generic error code that results from a miscommunication (or complete lack of communication) between the main PWB and panel PWB. You will likely not be able to enter service mode if you're seeing this error. Additionally, if you're loading firmware, you must use the Main USB and not the one on the panel.

                          Dikyo, have you tried resetting the panel firmware using the panel dip switch? I've never seen a CF000 on that engine but you may have luck following the Saturn (500ci) CF000 flowchart bulletin.

                          As for Azharuddin, I'd also suggest following the same bulletin. I'd be willing to guess that you will end up replacing the main PWB as I've only ever been able to resolve it that way on an Alphard.

                              I replaced the CODE DIMM on a machine with the same problem and it fixed the problem.
