    356ci DP-5100 J9110

I have a 356ci that is giving me jam 9110. The page pulls in, then the pickup & feed rollers stop. I've replaced the tires & sep pad. It's a new machine with only 765 pages through the ADF. It's had 21 jams, so not a ton, but still.
I tried pulling the cover off to watch the back, but you can't see anything with a metal plate between the motors & gears.
I also installed bulletin H068 for folding corners, but it didn't resolve the jamming issue.
Anybody have info regarding this ?
    Hope that helps !

have you tried shoving a manila folder through the feeder path to see if anything is stuck, or mylar flipped inside? maybe there's a sticky-note inside...

Thanks Sparky. Just got back from the machine, it would pass paper but jam intermittently. We had a 306ci in our office, which after a little research, uses the same drive unit for the ADF as the DP-5100.
I replaced it & scanned 200 pages no problem. I could get it to jam within about 15 pages yesterday. I'm guessing the feed motor has a bad spot in it.
      Hope that helps !

Any clutches in that clutch pack? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I don't see any clutches at all. Just some motors, one-way gears & the wrap spring on the feed roller.
          Hope that helps !

We have found that on some the side guides are just a bit tight. Try trimming the stops so it opens up a bit more and test it.
