[Dead] TASKalfa 5500i System Error F000

Hello

I got TASKalfa 5500i machine stuk with System Error F000.
Any help would be great, Any one have Taskalfa 4500, 5500i service manuals let me know how to obtain it .

F000: Communication error between main PWB and operation PWB


Turn the main power switch off/on to restart the machine. If the error is not resolved, replace main PWB


Replace the operation PWB and check for correct operation.

I removed one RAM after that machine boot normal , Can u say how i add professional knowledge to above post

I just had this code on a TA6500i. Updating the firmware took care of this one.
