    Waste bottle has not been replaced.

    I have a TA3252ci that says " the waste bottle has not been replaced. Have replaced Waste unit, Firmware, And calibrated waste bottle. Problem still remains. Anyone run int this yet? thanks in advance.

    there have been a few bulletins on this, I think it can also come up with waste full when it isn't. The actuator has been redisigned, you have to remove the whole waste bel assy.

    i'll have a look in the morning for the bulletin.
    The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

      I replaced the waste bottle unit with the new style already.

        The latest firmware disables piezoelectric sensor which should solve it, unless there is something more involved in your case.

            In my original post I said I replaced the waste unit, updated firmware, and calibrated waste bottle!

                Figured it out. U159 waste toner was set to 0. default is +20. No idea how it got changed?
