    Hey folks, I'm hoping for some help with this copier. I am no a copier tech, but was on site doing CCTV and was asked if I could look at this machine as they could no copy/scan to the network anymore.

    It was originally getting error 2203, after some adjustments I the error became 1102. There has been a number of changes on site in the last 8 weeks, router, possibly an OS change, currently migrating to a Microsoft managed account of some sort and all the staff. The only staff member who was there when it was working correctly is off long term sick so cannot answer any of my questions.

    I tried for a while to get any with desktops onsite before I decided to start from scratch.

    I've added my laptop to the network, Windows 10, simple user name and password, setup a "Scans" folder in C: and done the permissions. I tried doing the address book on the printer but still got error 1102. I used a Kyocera application to do the setup from my laptop and that config was sent to the printer on that program is says success but I'm still getting error 1102. I've went into Windows Feature and re-enabled SMB v1 still getting error 1102. There appear to be no test button on the panel on the copier, im assuming due to the age of the firmware, so im currently trying a scan and waiting 60 seconds for it to time out. Firmware is 2H7_2F00.012.012
