[Error Code] [CUSTOM BOX] You cannot use this box - Job is canceled

Hello!

I have a problem when setting up Custom Box on TASKalfa 2551ci. The thing is, when I set Custom Box as SHARED, everything is OK. But when I set it up as PRIVATE (with specific user as owner) I can not print to this box (I get errro You cannot use this box). I watched couple tutorials showing how to set up Custom Box, but everyone shows how to configure it to be SHARED. I use Local Authentication with users set up on the machine (don't have domain, because we have only 6 people in the office).

I already:

1. Added boxes to Hard Drive section of the printer driver
2. Tried with option "Print directly to printer"
3. Tried it with CAK enabled and ELATEC card reader - doesn't work either.

Do You Guys have any idea what is wrong with this setup?

Yes, I did. Tutorial You linked to, also shows how to set up custom box as shared, not private. As I said, shared custom box works as expected.

So, I asked local Kyocera rep and They also have no idea how to do it. Could it really be that difficult to set up?🤔 Maybe this kind of setup requires some additional options (either hardware or software)?

I had another machine to try this on, Ecosys M3655idn. Added RAM, installed SSD, used both Elatec and HID card readers, upgraded firmware to the latest version. Activated CAK. Still nothing.
