Kyocera factory default login user name and login password incorrect

    Hello,
Has anyone encountered a login user name and login password issue on the new Kyocera Ecosys MA4500ix?
    >> Login User Name/ Login Password: 4500 / 4500 = Incorrect
    >> Login User Name/ Login Password: Admin / Serial No. = Incorrect
    >> I have performed the factory def. setting & memory init. = Same issue
Thank you for any insight you could provide.

These new A4 models now come with a unique admin password. A label is shipped with the device when new. This should be stuck inside the front cover. Or if it is lost you have to contact Kyocera.

      Hi,

I found the label (unique password) inside the quick guide (plastic bag).
      Login Admin : tested ok
      Thank you, much appreciated.
