Ecosys P6235cdn Code C2500.00042

Hello,

I have been working on a Kyocera Ecosys P6235cdn that is displaying error code C2500.0004072 (Paper Feed Motor Error). According to the service manual, I checked the motor while running MM030 Feed and measured for 24VDC.

So far, I have:

• Replaced the feed motor assembly
• Replaced the Main PCB
• Replaced the Engine PCB
• Rebuilt the Tray 1 feed assembly
• Replaced the rollers

Despite these efforts, the C2500 error persists and will not clear. I have also followed the troubleshooting steps in the service manual, flushed the firmware, and even replaced the transfer belt, but the issue remains unresolved.

Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Well, Checking the manual for C2500 gives Conveying Developer motor error. So unless there was a Typo I would start there. Manual states 1)Lube the gears 2)check the wires 3)repair/replace the conveying developer motor. 4)replace the conveying drive unit
