Have a customer with a Taskalfa 2554ci getting a scan error 4901 (scan to email).
Firmware is up to date. The Test Button comes back Connection OK. All the settings as far as I can see are correct.
The guy at Kyocera I deal with does not know what that error means but hopefully will find out for me.
Have tried through a Gmail account and their company mail server.
Has anyone seen this error before?
