    4004i FEEF codes

    We recently put two of these 4004i machines at a customer location. Both machines are throwing FEEF codes like crazy.

    I can't find any reference to this code "FEEF". Firmware is 2.04. Investigation is underway as to what is being printed but probably nothing special.

    Previous machines were 4002i.

          I would contact Tech support and maybe they can tell you what the error code is. I looked and you are right there is nothing pertaining to that code in the manual at all. Did you do a Total firmware install, not the Turbo but the Full install. That is one thing they have always told be to do. Also check the driver they are using, I think these machines use a different driver.

                  I've got nothing to add ... but I'll be interested in the results. My reference stops at "CFBxx", but it's 7 years old. =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      KX print driver 8.0.2815 is the one they suggest to use
