[Error Code] Kyocera TA-307 code F4F6

Here is the problem . Intermittent problem with codeF4F6. THE machine crashes. I updated the firmware and the KX driver. I then configured the driver in KPDL. The problem remains.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Your English is fine, not to worry. The KPDL driver is a postscript driver and even set to auto I have seen it have problems with text documents. The better setting is to use the KX driver which can handle either PCL or Postscript. Also only use the KX driver downloaded from Kyocera and not from Windows. Using the add printer function in Windows installs only a partial of the full KX driver which could cause problems.
