[Misc] KFS showing Offline for one machine and Online for another same location

I have 2 CS4002i's at a Nursing home and I was pushing out the new security FW updates yesterday. One of their machines showed offline and one was online. I went on site to do the FW update manually and it was online to the customer.
I was able to test print, fax and scan from it. But KFS shows it's offline still, even after the FW update and several reboots. Anyone seen this before?

Be sure to check the DNS and GW and make sure they did not change. Had that happen once.

Make sure scan to email works, that way you know it has internet access. If it does, delete it from KFS, run 520 and turn it off. Cycle power and reconnect it.
You can also turn on the browser on the MFP and hit the KFS website, it should show OK, as another trouble shooting method.
Make sure all TLS and SHA encryption is on also.

If the counters in KFS are current even though it's "offline" you will have to delete the machine from KFS, shut it off using U520, then reconnect. Otherwise, check default gateway, DNS, and Network security TLS and SHA2 are on.

Issue was resolved by removing from KFS, U520 turn off config, reboot and Reregistered on KFS. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction everyone!
