Good afternoon and thank you all for your contribution.
I have a Kyocera M5521cdn, and it's driving me crazy, because when printing, all the images, the pixels and areas that should be white, appear gray. That is where it is most noticeable.
What have I tried.
1) I have changed the toners. (they are high quality compatible)
2) I have updated all the printer software.
3) I have tried from different computers, with different operating systems.
4) I have changed the printer settings, setting it to the highest possible quality.
5) I have tried a HARD RESET, but it has not been possible, because it stays blocked and only allows me to turn it off.
I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO FOLLOW...
Can someone guide me a bit?
Thank you very much.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Is there any C76XX in the log??
calibration might be maxed out due to failure of automatic cal caused by dirty sensor, dirty belt, or drum cleaning failure.Comment

When I see this type of anomaly:
- Printer Properties
-- Imaging Tab
--- Color Reproduction Dropdown Menu
---- Choose 'Publications".
This setting will usually get rid of issues like this where it prints digital noise in areas that are supposed to be transparent.Comment
