Reset administrator password in CommandCenter for FS-1350DN ?

Hello,
I have a Kyocera FS-1350DN here and connected it to the network via DHCP.
The printer works so far, but when I switch to the CommandCenter via the browser, I cannot log in. Unfortunately, the default password (admin00) does not work. The previous owner has probably reassigned the password, unfortunately I can no longer reach him.

Is there a way to reset the login password for the CommandCenter?
I've also tried to send various prescribe commands via ftp, but without success. Does the printer actually have to be restarted after the codes have been sent?

I hope a professional can help me here.
That would be great, because I would like to change old settings in the command center.

Its been awhile but this should work.

For Printers;
• From the printer menu, go to User / Job account select OK
• Log on P/W for Device (user 3500, p/w 3500)
• Go to User Login Set select OK
• Local User List select OK
• Admin select OK
• Arrow to Login User Name – Edit
(This is where you reset User Name default - Admin)
• Arrow over to Login P/W – Edit
(This is where you reset P/W default -Admin)
• After resetting P/W you will be prompted for a 2nd time to confirm.
• Back out and turn printer off / on and you should be able now to log in the Command
Center RX with your new U/N &n P/W.

I can only enter one Admin ID/PW on the printer display, I entered this with 3500/3500.
But it doesn't go any further, no input for user select on the printer display

OK, 3500 as ID and Password on the printer display and then ?

After i put 3500 on printer display should i powered OFF/ON the printer?

Sorry but I haven't any choice to go on the printer menue to a user / job account where I can select OK.
Under the admin step I only see ID / Password which I can set. NO user or job account.

Can I send any Prescribe code to the printer to reset them ?

On the printer directly it accept 1350 and 3500 , but my problem was into the CommandCenter in the Browser. Here I can't login because the Password doesn't accept. I believe the old user of the printer has changed the Password and now I support to reset these.

what he wants to explain:
you has to create user with admin rights on the system itselfs to get new entrance to CCRX.
e.g.
new user created by systemmenue with admin rights
new username: 1234
new password: 1234
Now you can use 1234 + 1234 for login to CCRX

Sorry but had you read my info.

I have only "Command Center" NOT the "CommandCenterRX" , on my CC I can't set a user.
Only the Login-Password was asked.

Just for the heck of it try Admin/Admin in the command center.

Yes I tried it on CommandCenter, but Admin was not the correct PW

I know admin00 was the default Password but I doesn't work on my CommandCenter.
This was the problem because I try to reset the CommanCenter with it's settings.

But in this forum I believe nobody knows any successfully way.
