    Send Error 3101 on Kycocera 2553ci

    I am onsite struggling with a send error 3101 on Kyocera 2553ci. Anyone see this before? Some outgoing emails will go through and others will throw this error. Connecting to local server on port 25 and then sending through office 365.

    My notes for this error are:
    "Server responded with an error"
    in office 365 environment, make sure account licensing is enabled and correct.
    in certain office 365 environment, sender(from) and account(login) address must match.
    Port 587, starttls

      Go to the network security page on the machine's webpage. TLS 1.1, 1.2 and SHA 2 have to be checked off on both clientside and serverside.
