    [Jamming] TA 4012i Jam 0511

    Good day all

Hope anybody have some experience on this jam problem.

We have two TA 4012i machines with random 0511 Jams.

We have not yet replaced any clutches or drive assy on the feed section.
Clutches and drive was inspected with no visual problems like rust on clutches that is an obvious cause of clutch slip
Sensors all cleaned and double checked for problems. (Swapped sensors with a working machine, jam remain)

    What we have done already.
    • replaced the feed assy with revised unit as per the service manual
    • replaced feed rollers retard (separation roller) and also the other two just for good measure
    • Swapped cass 1 and 2 . Jam 0511 remain at cass 1 with cass swapped.

does an actual second sheet block a sensor or is it a single sheet feeding too slowly?
    How often is it occuring?
How far does the leading sheet go before it stops?

I have heard from deformed cassette rails...
I also remember similar cases from other range in past, but I do not remember which one at the moment.
