    [Misc] Kyocera printing blank pages

Good day guys, I am having trouble with my Kyocera FS-1135dn, I replaced the the High Voltage PWB and it started printing blank pages... I have tried replacing with Two other High Voltage PWB still blankpages. I have also tried replacing the Control PWB, still blank pages.. Please any suggestions (Someone suggested its either poor contact of the developer bias spring/transfer bias spring or i need to change the EEPROM onthe new Control PWB)

No, the Board was initially replaced because it usually switch off when we close the top cover of the machine.. The problem stopped

Have you put back in the original high voltage pwb to see if you still have blank copies?

due to the age of this copier. and the money you have already put into it and its not fixed. i would recommend buying a new one.

Most likely it's the bias spring for the developer, either missing or not installed correctly. I had this problem years ago and it took me a while to figure this was the problem, when I knew the machine was working before I disassembled it.
The spring must be in the right position to touch the contacts on the hv pwb and also the pin that sits on top of it must be free when depressed. recheck your installation.

Also make sure the drum protection shutter is working as it should . remove it, if it is causing any issues AND check your printout again.

check the parts manual and see the section on frames, item # 24 and 23.

Have you stopped the machine in mid-copy process to see if there is an image on the drum? Have you checked the dev drive? Have you checked to make sure the image is on surface in the process? So many questions..........
