    Taskalfa 5003i- Jam code: 0000

    Hi Guys,

The machine was displaying this Jam code. 0000 after a paper jam.
I had checked and cleaned paper pathway and the sensors thoroughly. Pulled out the fuser unit checked and cleaned the gears and paper dusts.
I also checked and cleaned paper exit flags and sensors. I did disconnect and reconnect all the connector on the boards.

Boot up the machine the jam code still persists.

Any suggestion/tips will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

SP U031, which one shows "active"
Which additionaql digit do you see on the screen?
You see "J0000" and below you see e.g. 10, or 17, or other digit
Check service manual for page 7-113 or 7-114, there you`ll find the description for the additional digit.

Yes, it also gives 11. At the moment I do not have access to our service drive to the check service manual since our sever is down.
Would really appreciate if you can assist.

          Thanks,

Nope, I didn't clear the code. Is it gonna be done in maintenance mode?
Coz I did switched OFF/ON the machine but nothing happen. It did not reset.

I did try to check the sensors- U031 for the paper feed via Maintenance mode but the error keeps on appearing.

If you looked at the pic KYO-OEM sent 11 is the exit sensors. Did you check the exit unit? Paper stuck under the flag? Flag knocked off?

i would check the eventlog for the last jam before J0000 appeared.
Based on the result you can see the last postion and now you can check all related sensors which the endcustomer maybe damaged during removing from papers.
e.g. if you see J4212, paper remains at fuser exit sensor, registration sensor and feed sensor from casette 2.
