    Kyocera M3550idn admin password?

    Hi guys, a few months back I sold an M3550idn to a customer & the USER NAME & PASSWORD are the factory numbers.. However, my customer called & asked if I knew the Administrative password, he said it was different from the Un & PW that you use to get in to the settings.... BUT I guess their I.T. guy is trying to set up their scan to email remotely & the admin PW is different... Any ideas?

      Admin/Admin or 3500/3500

          Or 5000/5000

          There is a way to change the password if you go into security settings
