    KYOCERA TASKalfa352ci printing issue

The past two months I have a printing issue with Kyocera Taskalfa 352ci.
Suddenly starting to prints too far down the page (leaving gap 4cm) No matter what the margins are.

The technician who came did not find anything wrong with the hardware or the software of the printer (It have only 1.374 prints). He did also a Firmware Upgrade but did not fix the problem.
No matter from where I send the printing (from scanner of the printer or from pc) is always starts the printing on the page leaving a huge gap on top.
The same result when I print a status page from printer.
    Any idea?

All trays produce same extra margin? Even MP tray? does U034 LSU Out TOP have effect? Mechanical isolation to probable failing/sticking clutch or roller is needed.

Your tech is lazy, get a new one.

The problem exhist in all trays.
Paper feed and conveying section seems ok to techician.
He swapped the Paper feed clutch with the MP conveying clutch to test if the problem is one of them ...no results.
The U034 correction affects only 0,2cm...no results.

      Thank you for your time.

        +1

This should be a fairly easy problem to isolate.

Is your print sample feeding long or short edge / which side is the leading edge ?
