I have a problem when scanning to email, an error 3101 appears.
The method used to set up SMTP is direct sending without authentication. Use MX record for Office 365 because the Kyocera FS 6530 does not support TLS.
Port: 25
When running a connection test, OK.
But when I scan from the machine, error 3101 appears
I tried to replace the host name with the IP.
I checked the mxtoolbox website,
also upgrade the firmware
But the problem persists.
Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?
