    [Misc] Kyocera taskalfa pro 15000c

    Hi everyone,

After the installation (new machine), the print quality is okay, but on the edge of the printouts there's something weird (Please check the link below); only the cassette unit 5 printouts are okay!

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Bruno.

For a quarter million dollars per base unit, you better be getting some good tech support fro Kyocera. Just call them.

Yea I was thinking the spacing and size looks like something in the finisher. Most people do not get the DF-9100 and stick to the Stacker so it would be a seldom seen problem. Impact marks from a stopper?

Right exit test is recommended as well as perform replacement of Feed PWB from recent TB#14 on the Paper Feed PWB drive motor irregularity.

Tried heavier paper cardstock A4 or A3 (250g) tested ok in any cassette unit but with plain paper A4 or A3 (80g) same issue.

I know that Kyocera is pushing dealers to sell these, but I do not think the product is ready yet!!
