Any one know a source for the rollers from the exit section fig. 8 that are listed as #516. I know the the 500 number mean they do not have a parts number for them. Why do you make a machine and then don't make some parts available for it?

Good question as I have been putting a few of these out in the field lately. I pulled up the parts list and i see the exit rollers that you are referring to with no part # listed. I wonder if they have a part# for the complete exit assembly?

It seems kind of funny, I just got that part number for someone the other day from Kyocera. I also got # 505. If anyone needs them, they are
505 - 302TP28020
516 - 3V2LV28120


I also have a couple of other numbers from figure 8 in case someone needs them
#511 302LV28011 is for M3145idn/M3645idn


302TP28020 is for M3655idn/M3660idn

FYI:
sometimes it can be helpfull to use PL from successor model
needed number available in Polaris Next partslist

Kyocera told us that there were no parts numbers and that if you want them they would have to pull them from a machine???

Guess it depends on who you talk to.
