Hello everyone,
the forum has been extremely helpful to me in many cases in the past. I've already been able to solve many problems with suggestions from here.
I have a problem with two Kyocera M3550idn multifunction devices. Both show 4201.01.08.01.01 JAM 4201 as an error in the event log / paper jam log. The paper that caused the paper jam is completely removed and wasn't ripped when removed. In addition I couldn't find any stuck paper. A restart has of course not brought any improvement. Error persists, now showing JAM 0000 on the display, so far normal after a restart.
According to the service manual there are a few points to check, but they seem not so easy to do. Do any of you have any ideas or knowledge of common problems that cause this error with this model. I'm surprised that the exact same error is occurring in two identical models within a few months of each other.
Best regards
