    Errore cassetto

    Buongiorno . Ho una km2560 che da " errore cassetto (dal primo cassetto formato A4 ) , estrarre la carta inceppata e reinserire il cassetto " . Non ci sono fogli inceppati ; apro e richiudo il cassetto e la macchina riparte. Lancio , per esempio , 10 copie : dopo 5/6 copie , si ferma e mi da ancora il messaggio di errore ( errore cassetto dal primo cassetto ( formato A4 ) , estrarre la carta inceppata e reinserire il cassetto " ) .

    Ho cambiato diversi ricambi ( see attachment ... ) ma non ho risolto il problema .
    Riuscite a darmi delle idee ????

      Good day. I have a km2560 that displays "misfeed drawer (from the first drawer A4), to extract the page jammed and to reinsert the drawer". There aren't any sheets jammed; I open and I reclose the drawer and the machine initializes. I try, for example, 10 copies: after 5/6 copies, it is stopped and I observe the message of misfeed (misfeed paper from the first drawer (size A4), to extract the card jammed and to reinsert the drawer ").

      I exchanged trays (see attachment...) but I did not resolve the problem. Can you give me any ideas????
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
