KM Net Viewer, Address book, & Alphard's

Can anyone verify that the KM Net Viewer cant edit Alphard's address book.

If yours does, what version do you have.

Is there other software or ways for address book transfers?

Re: KM Net Viewer, Address book, & Alphard's

U917 export/import works quite nicely along the whole Alphard line.
KM-Net Viewer won't be of much use until they write a version to include the newest models. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Those that migrate from Falcon3 & 250ci to the Alphards will encounter inconvenience if they have a massive address book.

I'm using KM Net Viewer version 5.2.2703.
Work very well for transferring of address book as well as import & export of address book.
Import of address will be more complex & more steps to do so.
Transferring of old Kyocera models to Alphards will be much easier & direct.

          so it does work?

The version I'm using is 5.2.1928. Edit button is grayed out on the Alphard.

Re: KM Net Viewer, Address book, & Alphard's

You could use the new Alphard Product Library CD for the KM Net Viewer 5.2.2703
Try not to upgrade the KM Net Viewer directly.
Uninstall the older version then install the latest KM Net Viewer.
Seem like the "Upgrade" function after patch does have a bit bug on it.
