    Kyocera fs-c5350dn, black has pcq,colors look good

    Hi, Can someone steer me in the right direction on this kyocera c5350 color printer, print quality looks great on text but if the boarders have any black on the right side is where the poor quality appears as seen in my pictures of the problem. OEM toner is what customers used from day 1, Colors seem not to be effected.
    total print count 47K.Thank-You, for any support. Have a Good Friday. Praise

      Can you post a Test Page for us to see? Have you checked the black developer?

          Yes, here is what I have. Its hard too tell from the pictures, but the black has a heavier amount of toner on it verse the colors, but nothing like the print job from what the customer gave to me. Thank-You Much.

                  The white ovals will be caused by primary charge arcing to the drum. Both primary charge and drum will be damaged. =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
