Calling to install an MK even after a kit was installed. Kyocera says istall a new kit... Any other way around it?

You have to get your kyocera rep to the location or have the help line remote in to reset the counter -

No way around it other than to install a new kit. The correct sequence is-- unplug the machine, install ALL components, then plug the printer in and run developer in service mode, otherwise an entire pm kit will be for not (will still have install MK message).Comment

if kyocera are saying replace it with another one, do it and send the faulty one back under warranty with the reason.Comment
