[Misc] admin password and fuser resetting olivetti mf25

Hi all I was wondering if anyone could tell me the admin pasword on olivetti mf25 i used it about 4 years ago but cant remember it now (or find it). I was also wondering if anyone new how to reset the fuser as it is still good and dont want to replace it until it starts to give problems. I have done this with the imaging units (with out forking out 100 plus for resetting chip). you can simple turn it off in the admin area of machine and was thinking i might be able to do the same with the fuser unit. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Sorted

ok figured out how to do the whole thing again and also reset the fuser
this is how i done it just in case any one else is looking for the answer.
firstlty turn off machine for about 10 seconds press and hold the utility key down while turning on the machine. you should see a dot in the top right hand corner, once you see this you can let go of utility key. once machine loads up you will see trouble on the display (this is to reset error codes) done press this instead on the key pad type in "stop zero zero stop zero one" this will then ask you for asministrator password, which is 92729272 (then press end on the display) this will bring up system settings, again dont touch anything on the display screen instead type "Stop Zero Cancle" on the right hand side of the display you will now see new options which will let you continue printing eveing after the end of the life for your imaging units.
just for the record when i first started this thread i said i reset the IU but I didn't I just turned off the end of life on them.

As for the fusing unit it is quite simple. If you take out your fusing unit that has come to end of life you will see on the underside of it a plastic cover that can be screwed off in here you will see a fuse (the one on mine was 1/6th of an A but these can differ from machine to machine) you need to replace this fuse and put the fuser back in and this will reset the fuser unit back to 0.

the fuser unit in these machines know it is a new fuser by blowing the fuse within a few seconds of the machine starting up.

I hope this helps other people out there to get longer life out of the IU and fuser units which to me seem to be very highly priced!! Just make sure you keep an eye on the quailty of the prints coming off the machine.
