I have a printer in the field that is throwing a Toner Sensor Error (Black), and I have cleaned the sensor on the printer and the sensor on the drum. I have made sure that the sensor lever was pushed up on the drum. I replaced the toner with a new OEM toner, still same error. I then replaced the drum with a new OEM drum and got the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
