DP-C265 Window 10, Reset to Factory Settings, and Network Connectivity

I just picked up a Panasonic DP-C265. I have several issues trying to make this do anything:

    1. Right off the bat when in the Copy mode, it comes up with a request for a passcode to do anything. I tried the "00000000" but did not accept it. So the copy function is stuck there. How can I reset or find out what this pass code is? I am able to get into the configure mode, but do not see any clues how this could be changed.
    2. Question - does this work with Windows 10? I downloaded the driver which specified windows 10 as one of the OS's listed. However, the driver did not detect the printer. I also pinged the IP address set up (192.168.1.111) but got no response.
    3. I tried going the USB route, but when it requested me to plug in the USB, I heard the traditional "connect sound", but the setup dialog box refused to highlight the next button and was stuck there with only cancel available...
    3. Is there a way to reset this machine to factory settings?

Help with any of above issues would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks so much in advance!

Attached is how you can turn Off/On the Department code function on that machine.

Why would one even want to use this machine that one can no longer get support, parts and supplies, I do not know.

I am going to suppose you thought you were getting a bargain when you got this machine. I'm going to guess it was given to you or (even worse) you actually paid money for that big old heavy thing. There is a reason Panasonic is no longer in the copier/printer business.

    Good luck.

I am wondering why Panasonic is even listed on this forum.
