I have this code on a beloved panasonic dp-8045, i read 0vdc at pin 16 as per the book, i have tried changing the spc, sc, drv, and lvps boards. I really have no idea i have 24v from the ps because i can turn on motors and fans. This is killing me. Any ideas???

There is a service bulletin regarding this issue. The wire harnesses behind tray1 and 2 rub against a clutch, blowing the SPC board. Pull both feed heads and look at the wires carefully. I have seen the smallest wear give this code. Sounds like SPC board all the way.
