      E3-03 is your toner density sensor. Check the harness and how does the face of it look? If it's really worn, you will need to replace it. Try swapping it with another.

          Thank you for the prompt replied. I did swap the harness and the sensor but no help. I tested the spcboard cn720 24v ok.

          ??? no idea.

              Hmmm...
              Could be the harness between the Spc and the dev assy.
              Also, take a look at the coupling between the dev assy and the mainframe. I have seen some of them crack.
